About Us
DNDP C.I.C. is a socially driven Courier Delivery Service and Mail Delivery Service committed to providing excellence to its customers and employees alike. Founded on the principles of rethinking conventional working practices and structures, DNDP C.I.C. operates as a Social Enterprise. Bruce Gunn, inspired by his own personal experience of disability was a driving force behind DNDP. The company’s policy of flexible working has allowed people with disabilities to enter sustainable employment, improving, transforming and in some cases even saving lives. By actively contributing to society, the people of DNDP C.I.C. lead by example on a local and national scale.
We recognise that there is a community of people who we have not yet been able to engage with and are in fact the furthest from the labour market, that being people with disabilities who are predominantly housebound, many of whom have been convinced that they are unemployable. DNDP are DIS-satisfied with this and have identified academic partners to help us utilize technology as a natural enabler. In 2016, we were approved funding for our Digital Agency Project by The National Lottery’s Big Lottery Fund Scotland and we will start delivering this in 2017.
